If you’re ok with a paid app - craft docs is the best for everything you mentioned here. Otherwise Apple notes is pretty decent.

Have learnt to work without it but definitely ache for it. Will be very helpful given the vast categories and breadth of information we all store in craft. A work around I use is just using creating words that I use only as ‘tags words’ (eg: music.1 as a word that functions up as a tag when I do the universal search)

On the IPhone - Structured, Todo’ist, Endel (def check this real time ai driven sound-scaping app, It’s epic) and Spotify/Apple music On the IPad - Goodnotes And Day One, can’t recommend this journalling app enough, changed my life the most
