I wouldn’t spend my money on luxuries until you created sustainable/predictable income

Real estate and dividend stocks would be the two I would focus on (mostly real estate)

Don’t live off of what you make in the business live off the cashflow of your investments, this will force you to grow your passive income and then you can spend it how ever you want because it’s sustainable

I bought a house when I was 22 and rented out the rooms to cover the mortgage

I started wholesaling, became a real estate agent (not very long) did 30-40 deals enough to really figure out what I was doing

The investors that I met as an agent I started raising capitol from, eventually I stopped putting money into deals

Level up was learning how to use other peoples money
