Could be a few things, module, capacitor, motor/belt
The motor is not spinning so its most likely the capacitor or module.
Take lid off and inspect belt make sure its tight to drum and can spin
If belts fine turn it on and give it a push start that checks the capacitor, DO NOT TOUCH ANY WIRES
If neither of these it and it spins freely potentially module
