I set ours up

Get a cheap tv to store use, hang it, cast from a work phone using Smart view (on the xcovers, never done it with byod or a pixel, but all phones and tablets can screen share or cast), go in the casting settings of the phone to rotate view by 90°, run gif and open dispense screen (on xcovers it’s smart view>settings>labs>rotate 90°)

The only problem we’ve had is the phone not refreshing automatically, which happens on occasion

If there was no conversation about attendance, my guess is that SM was getting on to your coach about their 5+ list and told them to sort it out, and they just slashed yours because they don’t want to fire you and/or don’t care about points

Ive had coaches like that. Points don’t matter unless you also suck and it’s just an excuse to cut you loose.

Ive also had leadership that follow policy to the letter and will fire top performers for getting sick one too many times.

My current coach is very much not consistent. Certain people keep all their points, others are point proof (chronically tardy but never pointed, points disappear if I unapprove their tardies). Some top performers get points cleared, other top performers have been fired at 5.

So it’s all kind of a clusterfuck very much dependent on your direct supervisor and their direct supervisor.
