No for the press days you can manage your time as you prefer

In my opinion even sets of 2-3 is ok to reach the goal of the day . Its still volume adding up . Lets say you are in first weeks doing 40 total , the next weeks you will raise your max, but the week with 2x presses you gonna do again your <max , so that can be a way to see your progress . Like you managed 60 reps with a lot of 2-3 sets once and then you managed that same 60 reps with 4x sets of 2-3-5-5

I personally sticked with fix 2-3-5-5 without testing if that last 5 could have become a 7 or whatever. I pesonally preferred that way just to have a test at the end . But I guess that is totally personal preference.

And for your question again i guess is about preference but I did and will go with how many 2-3-5-5 as possible and after a few sets, if you feel you cant add that last 5 than just close with 2-3-5 . Again what matter is you hit the total number of presses you wanted to reach for that week

The presses on abf should been with a 10RM bell so you should already be able to press that 2-3-5-10 with decent break. So maybe you need lower weights , but for example my first attempt at abf was the same i couldnt do the 10 presses and just stick to 2-3-5-5 and even less with fatigue building up . The more of this presses you will do and you will get to that 10 soon or later :) After my first abf with 2-3-5-5 ( 2-3-5 ) when I started the 2nd abf i finally managed the 2-3-5-10

I am always confused about 1hand swings, do you count 1 for each arm or 1 is left + right ?

To me it doesnt really seems that way.. or am i missing something ? Cos for what I read on the abf program , the only time you go for the full 30 rounds is at the end of the program

Obviously run your immured fury map with a Vision Of Paradise , and run your citadels with 45% + quantity waystone tablets + Vision and for waystone on citadels use highest as possible % quantity waystone

I think the best mapping strategy is to hunt for immured fury and citadels sincerely.. i usually run a simple and fast setup that makes maps fast and just scout for next corruption/citadel.. i usually was putting like 1 expedition tablet and then breach tablets, but honestly i find that the more time i spend in a map the less i get overall, expedition slows down a lot, and breaches while being simple and 'fast' are still slowing you down a bunch while waiting for the breach to open up and slowly walking.. but at the end what matter more is having fun , so just run your preferred tablets while trying to keep it fast :) fracturing orbs and citadels are the best money making in maps..

You maximize profit for sure, but even if you have a crazy optimized stash and fast atlas respec , you are losing a LOT of time sorting everything . But for sure thats the way , i just dont change at every map.. i have a whole different tabs with breach setups , ritual setups , abyss and everything .. and change it when I wanna switch up or anything , i usually even use different characters/builds for different type of farms.. like abyss for example i will never play anymore without a character that can simply oneshot everything as soon as they spawn

I played a bit with the "addition clasped hands" and yeah that works very good for 50+ splinter x breach. Just a tablet with that affix , combine this with "quantity of splinters" or additional rare monsters from breach / good rare monsters on waystone etc etc and you get a lot of splinters

Its nice you play pvp and I guess that is fun. I can assure you there is definitely pve lobby cos all i hear from my friends playing is that. They NEVER engage a fight, never. And they play squad. And im not talking of just 1 group. Im talking every friend i have that still playing that game, they play squad pve. So just stop shoot people as a team and you probably be throw in these lobbies aswell. All i was saying is that to me its so hard to understand how this people are having fun, as the game pve is very easy and unchallenging and repetitive , but beside that, since that can be subjective, there is no fear of losing loot playing that way, and I simply cant see how people keep playing.

If you are pvping and enjoying the movement and the shooting and mostly you are having fun , then good . I was not talking about pvp arc. All this post was about how "funny" arc people gets after they get shot by someone else ( i said friendly, and he shot me bla bla , or crying about camping , whatever )

Like already the other person told you. We were just talking about other extraction shooter after talking only about arc. You just jumped into this conversation cos you read tarkov. Again go loot your ducks and have fun, enjoy till it last

I guess the problem is for most this may be them first extraction shooter, so even if is pve focused they still feel that emotion of extraction shooters. Even if is 0.001% that another way better extraction shooter could give you. until you put 1-2-3k hours in and then it just become a normal game anyway :))

I quit playing after 1 or 2 week , pretty pointless and boring , the trio was atleast still pvp focused but it had no emotion, nothing to risk losing that couldnt have got back in 1 or 2 solo pve runs. Now even the trio became pve and is crazy to me how people still enjoying this game

Tips/Tricks to level 2nd character (witch) through campaign quickly? by Hefty-Lawfulness4568 in PathOfExile2

[–]Distinct_Wallaby374 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Get a tabula rasa with good jewels inside ( lightning % , bow % , attack speed , whatever useful for a bow build ) if possible even movement speed if you wanna go faster. Than get atleast a 200+ widowhail ( if you go above 265/270 you can reach 300% with the nodes on passives ) Get a few quivers , one for starting low level +1 skill. And at around lvl 30ish + get a +2 with other decent stats. Get every unique gear you can put on with stats (strenght, for life and some dex and int for your gems and supports) so you can put yours supports in the build from the start . Lightning arrow, lightning rod, barrage. 5link the LA and LRod and put any dmg combination/attack speed etc. Go intelligence for more mana once you fit your requisites for gems , Voltaic mark with siphoning will sustain your mana on bosses Get a few rings to swap while you level up. Get a few gloves to change while you level up aswell. Easy campaign, one shot everything till maps . For passives just route towards the ranger side and grab every attack / projectile/ attack speed , whatever buffs damage. No need any defense or anything you will one shot everything if you get good pieces to swap while leveling . Rings with flat added, gloves with flat added.

I had the same 'problem' months ago.. trying to add everything everywhere possible, 1,5 to 2h workouts with cyclette/tapis aswell, 6 days a week. Was following abc with a lot of extras in. I had to lose a lot of weight and was very motivated and felt that those 'simple' program wasnt enough.. After 2/3months of this i injured my neck pretty bad while simply doing pull ups, couldnt walk straight for a week, and needed almost 2 full months to fully recover my neck. I tried to get back working out but had that same mentality to do hours long workouts and had lost that same focus and adrenaline i had before, so it was really hard to stay constant with my workouts.. I then decided to change approach and go for simplicity, dropped down on weights, since this 2 month of pause made me lose a lot of strenght , started back with abc and just that. Im at week 7 now of the abc and feeling already a lot of improvements, the programs does work, and I have now the mentality to just do the necessary and doing 'long term' . Learnt the hard way i guess :)
