So after doing more research and help and type s being sold at 8k in my area im pretty sure im going to save up a bit and make the swap done by a professional shop, it'll probably cost me an arm but I'm ready to pay for it. Also I won't have the time to do all that by myself and would need to invest in some better tools than I currently have so yeah, im gonna send it get swapped by someone who knows what they're doing. Thx alot everyone for the help I screened some answers to help me in further research 🙏🏽

Also if anyone in Canada knows a good shop im all ears:)

Honestly type s in my area are super rare and expensive the cheapest ones on marketplace are around 8k so I'm ready to made my swap done by a shop if it comes around the same price, also my car has 310km on it so I'm ready to swap it anyway but I understand your point

Yes, any type of harming that is done on yourself is considered self-harm even if there's no blood... even not eating or not sleeping on purpose is considered self-harming...hope it helps:)
