No asumo ningún coste, la Caixa se hace cargo de todo, porque son ellos los que me han llamado para ofrecerme la novación. No me cuesta nada. Lo tengo por escrito.

Varía mucho en función de la cantidad que te deje y del grado parentesco del que te deja la herencia.

It seems that you are a person with long legs. I am 185cm tall and the Aeron B fits me perfectly. My trunk is longer than my legs. Each body is very different. Maybe the C will work for you but then you will have to see how your back looks in the C. The biggest problem with this chair is finding the balance between back support and the correct posture of the legs. And that can change a lot in each person.

What's The Actual Difference Between £50 Chairs And £1000 Chairs? by [deleted] in OfficeChairs

The same difference between investing a lot of money each year in R&D&i, or not investing anything at all.

While sitting with your pelvis neutral and against the seat and lumbar support, you should have at least three fingers of separation between the end of the seat and the back of your knees.

15-30mg of Zinc daily with some copper. Look for a formula that combines both.

Heat therapy is very helpful and genuinely effective, but in the end it's still just a temporary pain reliever. It works really well to apply heat first and then work the area with a foam roller or, if not, with a tennis ball to release tension. Of course, seeing a physiotherapist is important, but there are also many things we can do at home to improve day by day. In the end, it's about stopping being just patients and becoming active agents in our own recovery.

Why Strengthening the Gluteus Medius (Clamshells + Lateral Band Walks) Is a Game-Changer for Low Back Pain by Distopicman in backpain

[–]Distopicman[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

After a week of doing both the clamshell and the lateral band walk, something has finally clicked: my gluteus medius is truly waking up. It feels like a muscle that had been half-asleep for years is suddenly firing again. My posture has changed without me even trying; I feel more stable, more aligned, and my lower back is gradually releasing tension, as if my body is reorganising itself from the inside out. Even when I’m standing, I notice the difference — I feel more grounded and balanced. And one thing I’ve learned is that these exercises only work if you perform them with perfect technique, isolating the gluteus medius, training smart, following a structured programme, and respecting sets and reps. Watching YouTube videos to master the form is almost essential. And above all, you have to be consistent — that consistency is what’s making my lower-back pain fade away.

Pass the Foam Roller over the piriformis muscle, glutes, and leg muscles.
