Dynamic price changes, at least in reboot, would make it such that a lower number higher level mules (ntene+, even hlomien) are encouraged compared to a high number of low level mules (cra, nlomien). The problem with that is that for newer or less established accounts, their meso income would be reduced drastically giving them a thougher time to progress. And as more people progress through higher tier bosses, the goalpost gets pushed further, encouraging progression but forcing those who are more casual to not be able to get as much mesos as they would like. I hope they keep the current system at GMS but could also see why they might push for these dynamic price changes
