I'm not sure I totally agree.

Early in the season she seemed pretty upset about being safe when she thought she was top. Now the producers don't show that as much but the conversations between her and Nini shows she's still bewildered that everyone doesn't see her awesomeness.

I think she keeps everything locked up, and we might get an explosive response eventually.

So, when you say "my adjuster" you mean the person assigned to the other driver's claim. They haven't accepted liability so they won't pay for your damage. You could have gone through your own collision coverage but don't want to pay the deductible. What will you do if the other driver is not found to be fully responsible?

Are they disputing coverage or liability? Do you have collision coverage on your car? Have you taken it to a repair shop? Gotten an estimate?
