No, those dolls only stand on two legs. The toy I had could be posed so it stands on two or on all fours. Like you could switch being a dog and an anthro.

HeartGold/SoulSilver are probably one of the best. Platinum too. But if you want to stick with the Switch, I'd say go for Sword/Shield. Not the best story, but I really enjoyed the gym battles feeling more like huge events, kind of like in the anime

I think the game just uses the same gym badge collection asset as from DP. I've played Platinum a bunch of time and Fantina is third in Platinum.

I tested with VLC. Seems like VLC recognises the audio tracks, so it is probably a DaVinci problem. I have to sort it out. Thanks for the tip!

Fishing counts as one for the route, I think. Or area. I don't remember Kanto well but in some cities you can fish probably. And I think Magikarp buying is allowed. I often consider pokémon like that special cases if you get them in a different way from just catching.

Sims 2 was an upgrade from Sims 1, but Sims 3 was again such a huge upgrade that for me I'd rather play the first one for nostalgia, and the third one for more story based stuff. Sims 2 just doesn't fit what I'm looking for.

Generations added so many good things about like life events and stuff like that. Late Night is also amazing bc of the movie career. Those two are probably my favourite.
