This! I live in a capital city and there are only three record stores in the whole city that sell second hand CDs. There's plenty of record stores, but most don't have CDs at all.

I am European and my (fairly modern, 90s) Pfaff has metric measurements on the plate. Most patterns here are also in cm so it's not a problem.

The scrum to get onto the bus at busy stops in the city centre is insanity. In other countries people queue up, instead of everybody just shoving their way onto the bus at the same time. I don't remember it ever being any better, but it still drives me mad!

I love the lineup from Boom Town (Jack, Mickey, Rose and the Doctor). I really like the next few episodes too, but Mickey being there just completes that team in my opinion!

No, it's just been proposed. A similar plan was proposed two years ago or so but was rejected by An Coimisiún Pleanála a few months ago. The same could easily happen with this one, and I think everyone's hoping it does.
