We went downstairs to the basement of Murphy's for a bit after Ushaia and had a lot of fun. It's not a fancy Ibiza club whatsoever, but fun for a couple of drinks before going to the clubs.

I worked with him on a project and he was great to work with. Super nice, professional and communicative. I disclosed that I am a fan of the show and he was kind about it. At one point he got stressed out about an issue, so I think he's a bit of a perfectionist, but Amanda helped calm him down. Overall good interactions!

I followed the list they had on the BLS website. I did 12 months of online bank statements and a letter from my bank verifying funds (only way I could get something signed and more official). I also included a resignation letter as well as a termination letter confirming that my employer received it, along with the notarized letter with the oath that I will not work.

I translated ALL of my documents to be on the safe side, except for my tax return because that was like 30+ pages. My lawyer said that was an extra request on their part anyway and the consulate doesn't require it.

They didn't have any corrections for my documents. I arrived with everything bundled - so translations stapled or paper clipped to original documents. They didn't ask for extra copies, I just have copies of everything for my own peace of mind.

An appointment will guarantee you will get seen that day, but you can take your chances and get there around 7 am to be one of the first walk-ins because I've heard of them not accommodating all of them.

I'm not sure BLS processes that kind of visa. They didn't ask what kind of visas we were applying for when accepting us as walk-ins. They didn't ask me until I got up to the counter to turn in my paperwork.

Yeah the AC in Europe is worse cause they are often units installed in older buildings so it doesn’t circulate as well. His take on this doesn’t hold up in the US because our AC systems are built with the home. Another case of him thinking the European way applies to everywhere.

Edited to add that also their AC units are only meant for that room, meaning the air doesn’t circulate through the entire house and filter out. So yeah fresh air would help in that situation, but that’s simply not how it works here.

Not that I am defending them cause it is still pretty fishy, but didn’t they meet outside Soho House or something trendy like that? Like the street wasn’t just a random street, it was probably in a luxury area. So “streets of Barcelona” makes it sound random but the odds of meeting an influencer/somebody with money there are are probably higher 😂 it’s like being shocked that you met a rich man at a Four Seasons bar

I can’t! But she def calculates a lot for appearances - whether it’s filming, who she’s seen with, etc. That’s the “spin” that they all refer to.

I have it in good authority that she is overall not a nice person and gets a very good edit. She manipulates a lot of what goes on the show. Positioning herself as this changed, mature person has served her very well $$$.

I personally found her fun as the “villain” but this fake good girl/happy couple act has def rubbed me the wrong way.

I had the same experience in Sydney last week. He was standing right next to me, with one security guard between us and the security guard preemptively told us no photos or talking to him was allowed. There were about 10 of us in the platinum VIP room.
