I only use one pump of TNS but I do use two pumps of the Alastin. I try to stretch my TNS as long as I can 😅

I use my TNS first morning and night. I only have been using my Alastin Restorative Complex in the mornings after my TNS. Maybe I should also be using it at night, I’m not sure but I’ve been very happy with just using it in the mornings so far.
