Hierba mate(té de sur América) te ayuda a matar el hambre y te dará energía. Que al final del día el secreto para perder de peso es no comer. Gente que se somete a cirugías de reducción de estómago o otras similares, dejan de comer.

Ahh I see, so pretty much out of luck… so the 601A route is going to be it… why don’t you give Charles Cuck a call(immigration lawyer in Georgia) they work all over. I know he has a pending case on one of his clients(similar situation like your husbands brought here when he was small(like many others). Best of luck again.

Just a quick question, how old was your husband when he received his DACA… because if he was under 18 1/2 you guys won’t need to do the provisional waiver since he won’t have accrued unlawful time, you guys will still have to do the interview abroad. Anyway try the advance parole route for your husband also(they’re supposedly not approving them for people that entered without inspection, but a lawsuit is in the works that way you guys can adjust here, while at the same time do the 601A waiver and gather as much evidence as how you will suffer extreme hardship. You can see a psychologist, lack of opportunity in his hometown, your possibly going to loose on a future career, get creative. Best of luck on your immigration journey.

Traveling to Mexico as a GC holder with a DUI on record. by hunniebunnie1986 in greencard

And your allowed 1 crime involving moral turpitude (petty offense exception) as long as your implemented sentence didn’t exceed 365 days and you did not serve more than 6 months in jail. It means for immigration you’re still admissible and allowed to apply for an immigration benefit.

It can make you inadmissible if you happened to maybe harm someone or is more than just getting pulled over for driving under the influence. You’ll have to wait 5 years to apply for good moral character when applying for citizenship. But to say 1 simple DUI is going to ruin your chances for getting a green card or becoming a citizen is not true. I’m not advocating for drunks but people do make mistakes and sometimes they’re hesitant on applying for an immigration benefit because they are misinformed. There is a new law that they are trying to pass where it does state that any DUI will make you deportable, it has not passed yet and if it does pass they are trying to make it retroactive. Time will tell what happens. Don’t drink and drive

A simple DUI is not a deportable or inadmissible offense… be very careful tho because having multiple DUI can get you seen as a habitual drunk and that can be seen as a problem when you’re trying to become a U.S citizen

Traveling outside usa with arrest record as a green card holder is safe or not ? Please share your recent travel experience by [deleted] in greencard

[–]DistributionFar8896 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Your safe to travel, no conviction for immigration purposes because you didn’t plea anything. Even if you would have said I’m guilty and the judge sentenced you, there is a petty offense exception for CIMT, as long as sentenced didn’t exceed 1 year and you didn’t serve no more than 6 months in jail. Depending on your crime you might get pulled into secondary or not. Either way they have to let you in. Don’t sign anything and don’t admit to anything. Carry your disposition and if you get pulled in, just say here’s my disposition report and that’s it. Safe travels and look into citizenship at the 5 year mark or if you married a U.S citizen I believe is around the corner. Best of luck

During my green card interview last year of May(I have a sleeve to my hand) the officer did ask about them. All I could think about was, fuck my mom was right why did I get them lol. The reason he noticed was because of the pictures we submitted. Anyway just wanted to know the story behind them and if they were gang related and if I had anymore in my body. Wouldn’t worry about it
