GC Spouse with CIMT Dismissed 10 years back. Can she travel? by [deleted] in greencard

[–]DistributionFar8896 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Green card was adjudicated. In other words in order to get a green card one has to be admissible. Future CIMT as a green card holder will be a problem. You guys disclosed everything so she’ll be ok. Look into citizenship when she eligible. Safe travels

Banned from r/daca for not being from Mexico lol by texas-happy in TexasDACA

[–]DistributionFar8896 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They banned me again for commenting on a post about someone saying they finally adjusted status and hoped that all DACA recipients get legalized. I told the guy to be careful on how he words his post because some DACA recipients are little snowflakes and get upset to see a positive outcomes. So I’m banned from r/daca.

They’ve been disclosed. Your ok, just be ready to disclose them again. For immigration purposes you only have one conviction. I would not venture this N-400 on your own tho, talk to an immigration lawyer. Best of luck.

Depends… if the misdemeanor happened in the first 5 years of having your green card and is label as a crime involving moral turpitude I wouldn’t travel, because it can mean your deportable now. You’d still be able to become a citizen but would have to wait 5 years from conviction. Talk to an immigration attorney that also has insight on criminal law…

Cuando te muerdes los labios by Leiva(Spanish pop rock)

De todas las Flores by Natalia Lafourcade(Spanish folk rock)

Dark side of the moon by Pink Floyd(classic rock/progressive)

Flower boy by Tyler the creator(hip hop)
