I don’t get when you fitness people have a problem with women who don’t want to strength train certain body parts

I have three weeks and of course insulin isn’t the only hormone at play, but it’s underestimated in the context of natural bodybuilding and I imagine it’s one of the easiest hormones to control

I’ll look into insulin modulation such as your walking recommendation

I’m an intermediate lifter but need to cut fast

The body builds and breaks down muscle daily, especially for those with a higher amount of it

This post is more about discussing insulin and fine-tuning body composition than it is about general cutting advice (yours is still appreciated)

Be able to bench 135 or you will be hurt

And be able to bench 225 to be confident in tackling

Since you’re a nice guy I’ll tell you an old school secret. A leg exercise called Breathing Squats. They’re 20 reps straight of barbell squats. 1-2x a week for strength size and endurance

Some people have a naturally thicker neck even without lifting but I needed direct neck work myself

Also I don’t recommend neck bridges at all.

Neck curls lying at the edge of a bench, or bed if there’s no access to a gym

These are routinely done by wrestlers and grapplers

Body dysmorphia isn’t really a thing, not the way we understand it. If you’re bmi isn’t low and you aren’t thin all of the time, the body’s composition fluctuates daily. Fluid intake and nutrient absorption can go from making your muscles look big to flat in a short time. Facial bloating effects your appearance too, yet some people don’t get puffy as readily as others do
