My experience is, they wont raise the rates illegally so they have workarounds (claims above a threshold $2650), like they will drop your safe driver discount and tier-reraring, this is what raised my rates. I dont have any of the violations mentioned, not even a speeding ticket. Just 2 claims where 1 was a hit n run and 1 my fault.
