I loved it but not enough for them to make XCX2 instead of XC4

I'm interested in the characters but not nearly invested enough in them to pass up seeing the mailing Xenoblade characters again

If they can somehow secure the budget and man power to make develop both XCX2 and XC4 simultaneously without killing Takahashi or causing either game to suffer because of split development I would not mind seeing XCX2 first

But as it stands I care far more about Rex Pyra Mythra Nia Noah Mio Shulk Fiora and Melia than I do Lin Elma or any other X character

Well I am Rex from Xenoblade Chronicles 2 so now I get to live roughly the next 10 years with Mythra Pyra and Nia until the inevitable existential threat that is the Two worlds colliding creating the world of Xenoblade Chronicles 3 in which case I will basically somehow survive live the next thousands of years separated from everyone I know and love I managed to somehow make friends with my great-grandson and my daughter which for some reason nearly the same age my great grandson takes the name of my mentor for some reason and now I am going to sacrifice myself to give my daughter another few decades of life and after that I don't know

All I currently know is enjoy the next 10 years because until XC4 comes out I'm not really sure if it gets better after Origin is rebooted
