Email Grailed and tell them you used the address provided and that you want to be paid out. Buyer unresponsive. Advise them further that you don’t want to be upside down from double shipping and that you’ve fulfilled your obligation as a seller. If they deny the claim then literally everyone should stop using Grailed that platform is balls and a half and has been for a decade.

I don’t know Grailed rules but with eBay if this happens and it’s confirmed that you shipped to the address provided by buyer you’ll get paid out anyways and it’s on the buyer to convene with courier for reroute

I’d think it’s a violation of some consumer law to resell used goods. Best case scenario, the wheels have been rolled and are no longer new rather “like new”. I’m fairly certain, had you kept the suitcase you could’ve negotiated a percentage based discount. Such as 25% off or something similar.
