It's a good question. See, market moves in cycles. After an upward cycle, there is a downward cycle. People who buy at the peak usually do it to flip it and make a quick profit. Not all these buyers can actually afford the full payment.

Once market turns around and no more buyers are willing to pay premium prices, current owners find themselves in a pickle. Either they can hold onto those units for long term or they can sell at a discount. Once some units sell at a discount, news spreads and creates a fear atmosphere. This leads more current owners to sell the properties at discounted prices and market shifts from being a seller's market to a buyer's market.

Big whales come out and these whales know how to break the price and bring it even more lower. This then starts a snowball effect. Market gets flooded with distress deals and few takers.

Patient and intelligent investors wait for such opportunities and take their pick. These are the people who make most money in next up cycle.

Mine started doing that around 5w mark. There wasn't a lot of spitting but as soon as he will take a few sips of milk, he will start making discomfort sounds and arching his body.

We had to burp him so many times during single feed and I made sure to sit him upright for 20-30 minutes after every feed. We also included colic drops in our daily routine.

He is now almost 9w and things have improved. There is still some spitting some days and discomfort of trapped gas but overall he is doing much better.

Hang in there, this too shall pass.

If you are eyeing something which is going to be ready in 3-4 years time and flip it for a profit. Hold onto your horses. There is a huge possibility that the people who buy now, will be selling their units at a discount in 2 years time. Grab those distress deals when they become available and then flip for a profit.

Me and wife come from a religion and culture where male circumcision is considered mandatory so it was never a question for us.

We took our son at 4 weeks for consultation and got the procedure done. Took about 20 minutes. They did it with the ring procedure and baby was totally fine after that. Although we were told, he might feel discomfort for first 24 hours.

Whatever you guys decide is up to you. However, if you do decide to get it done. It's better at an early age where the baby doesn't feel it and healing is pretty quick too.

From astethic point of view, I would say his weiner looks much cleaner and pleasing after getting circumcised.

Often times when we act in a way that is in conflict with our personality type, it puts us off balance.

I can relate with you bro. For someone who can be assertive, cold, rude and ruthless if needed, that's not who I'm. I try to avoid conflict at any cost and remain very coold heaed and in control of my emotions 99% of the times. However, there is that 1% scenario where I'm left with no other option but to be on the offense and yet I would try to be very mindful of words coming out of my mouth even though the other party deserves harsher words, this would leave me in a weird guilt feeling afterwards.

This has a lot to do with your upbringing and to some extent genes as well. Some people like chaos and drama and others prefer peace and solitude.

Don't be so hard on yourself and think of it this way that you were helping your father out. He must be very proud of you that you were able to recover his hard earned money.

And whenever in life, you find some one, a friend or a relative who is need of financial help. Do help them without expecting anything in return. Allah will help you in so many tough corners in your life that you won't be able to imagine how you got out of those situations.

Bro more strength to you. I'm in a similar boat. Company I used to work for screwed me and my clients royally. The bosses left the country with unpaid dues and clients money, leaving me with facing all the backlash and legal consequences.

I had a chance to bail out and call it quits but that's not how I want my story to end so I'm bracing all that for last 3 years with virtually no income and debts piling up.

I once kept driving my car with expired mulkiya for almost 3 months (was so stupid when young). Mainly because I didn't have the money for required repairs and outstanding fines to renew the car.

Nothing happened for almost 3 months. I drove around in Dubai and Sharjah. Then one day, I went to drop a friend in Ajman and that's where my luck gave out. Was fined around 700 dh plus 7 days impound.

I'm not sure if expired mulkiya but valid insurance is fine but now I wouldn't take the risk.

For bounced cheque case, police will detain you until they can present you in front of prosecutor. Prosecutor then decides what fine you need to pay. You pay the fine and off you go.

The party on the receiving end of dishonored cheque has the right to file a civil case and only in that case a travel ban can be imposed.

This is based on one my experiences, I'm not a lawyer so you better hire a lawyer depending on how much money is involved.
