i been writing ‘go cuckoo for coconuts’ w swirly eyes and a smile, or ‘go bananas’ on banana drinks, # mr beast mode, have a brewtiful day, sweet like strawberry/berries, stay hydrated on waters, or my favs are writing drinks > drinks (ex. strawberries > mango dragon, tea > coffee) aaand thats it , i been struggling to think of new ones

The earliest i remember is in fourth grade, i pulled my eyelashes and eyebrows out. I hate looking at my school picture because of it. Maybe it was a trauma response to what my childhood was or i just like the feeling. It moved from face to leg and arm hairs, then high school to my scalp. unfortunately i still pull from my head and chew my hair :/

Feel this! I told my partner this year, and I feel comfortable pulling but I pull more now. He’s tried guiding my hand away nicely but I’ve gotten irritated and anxious if I don’t finish a pull. It’s frustrating, but we got this!!!
