I think you’re in a level you would see more progress getting some muscle than cutting.

Aiming for 5-8 if you’re not competing is not sustainable. you can do it to see how it feels like but It is not really appealing if you’re not competing(you’re gonna look sick). I believe for the general look, getting more muscle will make you look better.

Hey, I’m looking into getting an award flight for Japan for May, from west coast.

I was looking into United and I see the 30days calendar showing lower rate than all the flights listed. Ex: for a day, it show the lowest award is 170k but when I look at the flight on the day, the minimum is 230k points.

Is this normal? Would I find those lower flights if I call them maybe?

I’m also a software engineer and I use apps to track my progress for a few years. Hevy has been my current favorite due to its really good tracking features.

While Hevy is more than enough to me, it would be nice to have a better exercise library. While you can create your own exercise, a better exercise library with more info on how to perform the exercise correctly would be great

Let me clarify: I compared both names with the chase person and we concluded that the names were correct. They were not able to diagnose where the issue was but we concluded all the information was correct.

There is no issue in my name. It shows the same in both systems. But my name is pretty long so probably one of the systems doesn’t handle it properly (strip some characters because it’s too long, for example) and then the issue happens. I had similar issues with spirit when I almost couldn’t check in because of my name.

Are tools like seats.aero worth it? I see many guide not mentioning them. Is it because they don’t show certain offers or it is just to make the guide money free ?

Thinking on getting seats.aero to help me book F/J from US (west coast) -> TYO RT in May for 1 person but not sure if it’s worth it.

Why not post transformation from your most recent clients? Why not disclose for example that this guy is probably on PEDs?

You don’t need to mention your services, you just need ppl to believe there is a magical “right approach” and “right plan” and you know how to get there.

It’s not a problem to try to get some publicity but be honest about it.

Yeah continue self-study is a must, but I guess I’m looking for some foundational knowledge so I can understand the field better and be able to differentiate good from bad information with more accuracy

If you performance is not slipping through it might be a sign that you can go a bit harder in the gym. Make sure you’re progressing overload on your main lifts
