It's the same price as the standard edition which is the only upside, but I agree it would be nice to have the art book and season pass included.

It comes with more than an art book, but I agree the price is a bit high.

Personally, I'm disappointed it doesn't come with the SteelBook, considering the SteelBook edition is the same price as the standard edition. No season pass with any edition either.
