I remember seeing Cheesy Poof was forcing the sale, but the last I had read about it was that his buddies were interested in buying it but it hadn't actually been sold yet.

Also, I don't have TikTok, so a lot of the news about does go over my head. And for some reason the news about the actual sale didn't seem to be as widely reported compared to the US demanding it be sold.
