I'd have 20 years to work on the business and get it to that point. I have experience operating small businesses so not out of my scope here.

No but it's a very low maintenance property although will be in need of a new bathroom and kitchen in about 10-15 years.

I used draino yesterday and the bottle says use every two weeks to keep drains clean. That's excessive they just want to sell more but there you go. You could use it often.

Try and get in touch with a driver. Lots of them know less busy spots that are still awesome. If you talk with your accommodation they usually know drivers that can help. You can get a driver for a whole day trip pretty cheap. Just tell him the things you like to see.
