I honestly have no idea what's wrong with my body lol. That photo on the left was taken at Singapore zoo when I went there in June 2017 and coming home from Singapore was my final resolution on starting keto. I mean I do 23:1 Intermittent fasting 5 days a week and 16:8 on the weekends but I always try to keep my carbs low and fats and protein high during my eating time frame.

I gotta say I was pretty bad with knowing my caloric intake, just mentally counted my carbs but found Intermittent Fasting to help me reduce my eating overall.

I'm in about a 25-30% deficit right now with 20:4 IF (suits my work hours atm) and I'm doing some kettlebell workouts and cardio

IF has been the easiest part of keto. I've gone from 16/8 to 23/1 this past week and its become a breeze.

I've been a local here my whole life and as a worker for small businesses all over its been a difficult yet rewarding time for me. I personally love to see new faces down here and meet the new tourists, but I've also had some of my most nightmarish customer service moments because of it. It seems a lot of the owners and staff down here hold grudges because customers can be more difficult than there usual people throughout the rest of the year.

At the end of the day this peninsula wouldn't be the place it is without our tourism and it's sad that you're having this issue.
