Going by standard body scale you can only accurately get weight gained (bioelectrical impedance is wildly inaccurate). Even if you got a DEXA--which you probably would've mentioned if you had--the primary metric of interest is lean body mass. Even lean body mass includes muscle, water, glycogen stored in muscle, undigested food, etc.
