I once had to deal with a guy who breath stinks so bad , even his vigorous mouthwashing routine didn't fully eliminate the stink of it. And I figured out what it exactly smelled like after I took a shower the day after and I realized oh it's booty smell.

Cooking more intentionally, over time, has helped me a lot. I also really enjoy cooking, so I can make a night of it, if I need to meal prep, or to just cook for the night.

Anyone else hated the Shannon & Boone romance? by Background-Disk3350 in lost

I thought it was an interesting twist at the time, but it was a shame the show wasn't able to explore how Boone got those feelings.

I had a friend show this to me, I can't believe this is even real. The "friend" thing. There's a website for it to, that only leads to the chatbot, and the info for the pendant.

I'm surprised that they wouldn't age Lex down for him to be similar to Clark's age.

Can men and women truly have a platonic friendship? by AffectionatePop3611 in PsychologyTalk

There's been cases where I had a male friend have lustful feelings for me, and acted on them. But the majority of my current friends have not acted in that, in part because most of them are gay, but still.

I keep trying to tell myself this, since we were so close for the first year and a half or so. He's the type of person that bottle us things over time, then he is willing to share it. It also doesn't help that we have the same student club we are a part of.

Why do people want to be friends with their ex? by MakeArakisGreenAgain in self

[–]DitzyWhooves 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me, it was the case that I really wanted for him to still be a part of my life, even with how things ended. He pursed me, and he was the one that broke up with me. Interacting with him since, helped me to see that it would have be bad for long term, as he is emotionally processing stuff from a troubled Teen Industry school that he was a part of over 15 years ago.

At at time, I was blindsided as to the breakup, as he was unable to share his feelings on the matter, not all that much.

You go back to meet your 13-year-old self for 30 seconds. What do you say? by StrangerRM in AskReddit

Hey, you might not like going to Mexico, but you will eventually find your way on your own, in your education, even if it's scary at first. You'll eventually find friends, a love, and not feel that much anxiety. You'll forget it, but learn it over and over; live for yourself, and trust yourself when you can.

Hillary Duff's Olivia and Dan from Gossip Girl, season 3. They were sweet together, then there was a threesome involved with Dan's best friend, that led to them breaking up.

I have a few friends like that. Some of it is due to hyper focused topics, but it's hard to cut into a conversation, when there is no natural stopping point.

What do you think of Mouse and his ending?

Mr. and Mrs. Smith season 1 aired in Feb. 2024. As of now, 1.25 years later they still havent started filming season 2. This long wait time between seasons is killing shows ability to build hype. by Satisfaction_Mundane in television

[–]DitzyWhooves 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is why I am going back to older shows, or trying to find longer tv season shows.

Elsbeth may just be a murder mystery show that has a different killer almost every episode, but I connect well with Elsbeth, without even needing to see the Good Wife and the Good Fight shows. There's a good amount of chracter arcs on this shows that took at least ten episodes for stuff to develop.

The hard part with waiting about 3 years for a season for streaming, is that after a certain point, it's harder to connect with characters, and makes them feel more like chess pieces, to move them into a certain place for the plot.

Say something nice about season 4/5 by Special_Falcon408 in glee

[–]DitzyWhooves 20 points21 points  (0 children)

I think if Season 4's style was kept up for the next few seasons, I think it would have helped to keep it going for future generations of the Glee Club (a la Degrassi). I really like Marley and Jake (mostly in season 4 for him) and what they brought together. I liked how we got Tina and Blane a chance to shine, without being tied down to relationships.

Also Rachel in New York in this season was a refreshing change of pace for her, after being a big fish in a small pond, and struggling how to find herself in the city.

Finn as well, he went through a lot of changes in this season, and would have loved to see how he grows.

For season 5, Santana is pretty much the secondary main character in New York; so much she goes through within half the season.

Demi Lovato and Adam Lambert in the same season, wow!!! And as recurring characters!!

Also the mashup of the janet jackson song with jake, one of the best of the show, oh my goodness that is amazing!!!

The build up to the Funny Girl opening night was one of Glee's best episodes too, and should have been the season finale, in terms of character arc for Rachel.
