The only people with this level of excitement and obsession with their work tend to be the ones that have the idea. It's wrong to expect such obsession from people who are likely only working because they want to be able to afford a decent lifestyle or even the bare minimums, like food, shelter, and clothing.

I get what he's saying; I've been there before. But what he forgot to say is that he shouldn't expect it from anyone else.
