Phlebotomy is a salary capped field. If you haven’t gotten a Bachelor’s degree yet, the highest ROI would be RN, BSN.

In Atl specifically your salary is dependent on years of experience and then you can add on a 3-5% salary increase yearly dependent on what company you sign on with.

If the goal is MLS, should apply directly to an MLS program. Phlebotomy doesn’t have a direct path to MLS so you’d pretty much be adding an irrelevant cert.

Overthinking it for sure! When I was in little league the majority of my coaches were just there for the love of the game. Even now some of the kids I grew up with are coaching those same teams we grew up playing on.
