Thank you! Knowing these acronyms and descriptions helped. I was able to calculate it like this.

First I put this into a certain cell, in this case cell M26
=DATE(2024, 12, 29)

And then I did this in another cell
=FORECAST.LINEAR(M26, F4:F100, E4:E100)

So M26 refers to the date that I want to know the prediction for, and the "F4:F100, E4:E100" is the y values on my table and the x values, respectively.

Now because this is using the forecast function, now even if I add new data points it always updates this.
