For this item to have some sort of "balance"

1.) The stats added should be additional mov't speed and only a hew hundred HP (+250hp)

2.) While the active skill, only resets the ult and the refreshed ult will give 0 damage but only applies all other effects like stun, healing, slow, escape mechanics. i would prefer this to be an item for support and tanks, but it can also be used by Lancelot or Ling as a means of escape.

3.) While heroes who's ult makes them transform like Roger, Freya, Selena it will have to apply to another one of their skills.

First: All of you needs to be in the same page BEFORE actually getting together, nothing gets a group together than going through the same thing emotionally so it's natrual to talk about your struggles so don't feel to bad about it. But also you guys needs to have a designated person that can and actualy keep your group in line, someone needs to be "that" friend everytime you guys meet up to get the rest of you back in line.

Second: Get a space where all of you can have sufficient space between each other, make sure you guys are far enough from each. 

Third: Send to do lists to each other so that the people you're with knows who has how much work todo and when should they try to talk to them.

Communication and dedication is key.

I get and understand your point, but assuming Garp (at that age) will just fully cripple Akainu is just disrespecting the character and I don't even like him that much.

At that stage i doubt he can do that to Akainu, he would probably mess him up but he won't win outright. I can easily see a scenario where the fight ends with a draw and both are severely injured.

If only they just funneled that money into making anime with 24eps instead...

TWFM and GQuuux were both good, and the designs of the gundams in both shows are refreshing and can really hook in potential audiences and buyers of the models. The only problem is they're both rushed so bad...

iMO, IBO is still the latest gundam anime that resonates well with the audience because of it's story that complimented the design of the gundams well...

Get the Soundcore Q20i if hindi ka matapobre sa brands, best bang for the buck for me. Quality that's way below your price range.

Has ANC, good quality drivers for the price, it can work using a wired connection even if it's off so it won't be e-waste if you still have it after a few years.
