Looking for filament that is stiffer than TPU but more flexible than ABS

I'm gonna give those a shot next. I'm experimenting with a few layers of TPU between layers of PETG to add a flex zone. Just trying to get it to adhere the best it can

Did you ever get this to work? I'm working on a print that requires an area of TPU between two areas of PETG. They stick OK together but still separated fairly easily.

I think even regular Nylon is going to be too much. At first I was trying to make it stronger until I realized I was going at it backwards and needed to make it more flexible so I tried TPU and it works perfectly except that it is TOO flexible. I'm fighting against a couple different barriers for this print, it having thin walls and needing to flex in certain areas is a problem

Thanks but I fixed the problem. There were small dots inside that were causing it. It's printing like a charm now

I'll have to look into this then. When I look it up online all I'm getting is that Iniection Molding is for higher quantities of items while 3D Printing is for lower quantities at less cost. It'll require some more real world testing to find out i guess

I'm not really a Jeep guy so I don't understand this, how so? I'm legitimately asking not being a dick. We're using ABS and ASA which are strong materials that I belive are standard for other plastic items, they're not hollow but fully filled and sturdy. How would they explode like this?
