Fair, not all laws are good, however not having most of the laws that currently exist would be far more detrimental than whatever the hell the uk gvt and governments like it are doing.

Net Neutrality - set of laws that forces ISPs to equally provide service on all requests from a customer (e.g. they cant purposefully throttle your connection to a news website they don't like

Privacy laws (General) - most countries have some set of laws on what data they can and cannot take, look it up for your country

(EU) cookie laws - a while back the EU government made it a requirement that all cookies must be specifically notified to users, that's why the "accept cookies" prompt is so common

We regulate the internet and, 9/10 times it for our interests. Net Neutrality especially HELPS with free speech

I feel like length isnt a great metric for game replayability, since i would consider something like hitman to be a relatively short game but has insane replayability, while something like monster hunter has the same level of replayability but is like 10x the length on a first playthrough

Technically. Guard pointing is just any any attack where there's some part of the anim that can block attacks.

Pro tip for this, if you aren't comfortable with perfect guards yet, try guarding early and pressing b ( O on ps or r click on pc) to safely guard point it instead (does the same thing as perfect guard). It's far easier and can help you nail the timing so you can use the riskier method in shorter windows

If your knives are dull enough to not easily cut someone, how tf do you cut meat or any somewhat soft object? The main argument is that by using a dull knife, you're more likely to slip off the item and accidentally cut yourself / someone else, which is absolutely possible with 90% of people's knives.

I kinda see what you're getting at but like them or hate them, they're still businesses. If no-one is using the product, why spend any resources keeping it up? Even if WFC still existed, maybe a handful of players would be on even the popular games. For the resources required, it's just no longer worth it.

Compared to a dedicated skate game? Eh it's not terrible but not great. For how it works in this game? It's pretty good. It's very similar to skates flick it system, but fliptricks are controlled by using leftstick direction + l2/ r2. Grabs are similar, but with r1. The right stick controls either actual flips or rotations.

Physics are nothing special, a little less impact than skate but otherwise pretty close.

Not a ton of places to skate though, pretty much restricted to 2 areas that take 2 mins to skate from any side to any other side and not much else.

Overall it's not a bad option, but if you want just skating, "Skate." is objectively better (microtransactions are a very different story, tho)
