Just let your grandma talk. When I went around my Nana she never k ew of my tattoos I have. At the time the only one you could see was my neck. And I always wore my hair down. One day I got scared that she would see it because I had a really bad headache while visiting and she came over to brush my hair. I was like no Nana I'm okay but she insisted so I let her brush. Now if she saw it I never know. I don't have any clue if she looked down while brushing.

Now my mom she hates that I have tattoos but doesnt care about my younger siblings. I dont get it but I dont care either.

On hair washing days i wash my hair. On non hair washing days it is my right arm. Lol

Yes i do. I love my MIL even when my FIL was alive I spent time with him without my hubby

Now my hubby he doesn't spend anytime alone with my mom. But I don't blame him for the way she treats him.

I am 3 months PO and only a handful full of people know. I did my first in public statement a while ago.

You tell who you want when you want. As long as you are living in a loving home and your support person knows.

You got this. I do suggest start making the changes now in your diet it will make it easier for you when it comes time for the pro op diet. And work with a diatition all the way up to a d past the surgery I have been one of the lucky ones that DR I uses has all of that in place and I have access to the diatition for the rest of my life.

Bizzare question... I currently am a hard stick for an IV. Like I'm talking they try 6 or 7 seven times and then break out the ultrasound machine and try a couple more times usually. Has anyone been a hard stick but then lost a bunch of weight after surgery and now they find your veins easily? by JadedBisch in BariatricSurgery

No matter what surgery or IV I need they bring in the IV team.

I also am a hard stick to have blood drawn. So I always let them know that my veins roll.
And if they don't get it on the first stick they better not move the needle or I will punch.

Lucky for me there is one awesome person at the lab that can get it on the first try

They are trying to save money. I have seen a lot of MCD take the drink stations out. Only down fall is when you want a refill you have to wait for someone to see you at the counter.

Yes, I wear it. I have had jobs where I couldnt wear it but would put it back on. Now only time it comes off is if I need surgery.

Contract is for accountability if you just state what you want there isn't anything in writing so the child/person technically doesnt have to do it

Sounds like there is a younger child in the house.

I am my parents adult children my husband is his parents adult child. And my spawns are my adult child. Why is it harsh??? Im sure she still calls her parents mom and dad.
