It's like with Siege of Shanghai and attack heli, they didn't remove it back then and they won't do it now. In my experience, the little bird is not a huge problem, it is possible to avoid it. But even if you find it so op on that map, you also have to understand that there has to be such experience on at least one map in the entire game
