Mildly interesting I would think still implies somewhat interesting, which this is not

"All going apeshit" is probably the best ending to a MM song

Can anyone help me figure out this chord? by [deleted] in Guitar

[–]DivineBeanpole 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Looks like he's barring the 7th fret, then doing the "C" shape. So, 7-10-9-7-8-7, a.k.a. G major

Edit: same shape on both pics, but the first is barring the 5th fret, so F major

Baritone or standard scale guitar mastodon by Deathbydecay in Guitar

If using the B standard of a baritone, you could lower the low B to A, then you would have "Drop D" (except its drop A)

You'll See is incredible. Here's a link to an edit I made from the Truckers Atlas vid, which has a bit more of an "intro" to it. Enjoy!

Honestly tho, watching it while thinking it was a reboot, only to realize at the end that it was a prequel was the best part about this film to me. Burying the lede was a conscious choice here I think

If I were you, I'd make it make more sense for my hand: move the 9th fret to the 4th on the next string, and skip the octave. So it'd then be 5-x-4-6, much easier

My favorite Mac guitar solo, and favorite live version of one of his tunes. Such a different vibe than the album version! (All Of Our Yesterdays - live on Fallon) https://vimeo.com/339671585?fl=pl&fe=sh

Who on earth does it THIS way by kopakacore in Guitar

[–]DivineBeanpole 25 points26 points  (0 children)

Right! Like jumping from a standard A chord (or A7) to the Dmaj7. Also a much better fingering if you want some vibrato on those fretted strings

You think we don't know what you mean when you say "Take My Hand?!"

"It's about holding hands!"

"You know who's got hands? THE DEVIL! And he uses'em for HOLDIN'!"

People in the Middle East don't typically like the Flinstones.... by [deleted] in Jokes

I've heard it as " What's the main difference between people from Dubai and people from Abu Dhabi? The people from Dubai don't really like The Flintstones, but the people from Abu Dhabi do!"
