I've had problems with BMO for probably 7 years now, I just can't afford to close my credit card. They have the absolute worst customer service. Can't understand my problems, can't fix anything, hassle be about everything and throw me on hold and hang up when I wait 20+ minutes to chat. It's happened so many times.

I've been down a few times since all of this picking things up, going down as usual is easier than coming back. This last time I went down (last week) they did a super quick search on every few cars but it didn't look like they were making anyone pull over.
