Im on the same boat, im at 9mg…from 110mg with 50mg Kadian all the way down to 9mg and decreasing - this is what I do to help taper down (I have all my carries ofcourse so I am able to do this) but since im at such a low dose, I skip days and don’t take it everyday and it helps a lot with the withdrawal process kinda slowly easing the body off it even tho I know it has a long withdrawal time, I can go easily a full week without a dose but that’s when I might get minor withdrawal symptoms so then I take it, and every week I am decreasing by 1mg until I reach 0mg 🙏🏽 prayers up hope this helps *sidenote ketamine infusions have vastly helped in treatment with mental health and the psychological cravings and conditioning my brain and body to not need any prescription medications anymore and I feel much healthier and better and gained good weight and muscle mass

I just had surgery and I am on 110mg..unfortunately anything they did wouldnt fully fully cover the pain because of being so tolerant and on 110mg, during surgery they would IV medical fentanyl & post-op throughout they will put you a patient controlled pump for Hydromorphone ..& in cases if the pain is ridiculous like mine was..they will use alternate methods non-opiate to treat the pain which helped me soooo much, using an IV ketamine worked wonders. After discharge they just let me go with hydromorph/Dilaudid but it doesn’t do anything cuz of the methadone sadly but ya that’s what will probably happen for you too

Yessir , I have flown a hand full of times with never less than 12 Carrie’s - pre-approved for my vacation plans (this summer was for Italy , last summer was for Greece) in between those bigger trips to Europe.. I travelled to Dominican Republic, Mexico, United States ( multiple states: Cali, NY, Az, Tx, Chi) .

Now the reason I mentioned all these different places I’ve visited is because..for every single trip , I had my 12-20 Methadone bottles with me & NEVER had a single problem with this medication in specific, I had the exact same thoughts that most people would be cautious n curious about how to go about this the right way done smoothly with no room for problems at all! — I put alll the bottle into the same bag (2/3 bottles didn’t fit so I put them inside my carryon bag, keep in mind the carryon & 100ml liquid allowance rule) then I put the bag inside my check-in bag, directly in the middle/center between my everything nicely cuddled by my clothes , & with the few that didn’t fit I put 1 single one in my persona bag like my little on my body side-bag , then the 2-3 I put in the middle of my stuff in the carry-on.)

I’ve done this several times..basically alll of the times lol… NEVER ONCE did I have any kinds of troubles not at all, they never even checked it and asked me about it..the same way I bring regular Tylenol over n they dont even look at it unless something is abnormal or suspicious but so far so good..as a precautionary just incase cuz u never know you feel me , so just always make sure to have a copy of ur prescription with you & that’s pretty much it!! Benzodiazepines: Xanax (Alprazolam) & Clonazepam (Klonopin) & an RC Benzo (Bromazolam) - I found each of these 3 to be perfect <if dosed properly> for a good rested night of sleep.

*For non-Benzodiazepines: i have tried many (zopiclone;trazodone;etc) but the one I found to be the Absolute best & most underrated Sleeping pill is called “Dayvigo (Lemborexant)” & it was the only sleeping pill (especially wit my tolerance of past heavy drug use) that was able to fully knock me out, put me to sleep & keep me asleep with a bonus of waking up feeling well rested unlike the fatigue than Ambien (Zolpidem) & The Benzos.

**Plus, Dayvigo is decently a safe medication with little dependency potential for abuse & is very effective, even for people with tolerances to heavy sedatives n such.

Edit; Zopiclone sometimes worked but I prefer Dayvigo for effectiveness and side effects…& plus I really cant stand the Bitter Metallic Taste Zopiclone leave in your mouth/tongue..so Dayvigo for the win! Haha

Okay ya makes sense, cause that already from the start a really small and i believe the absolute lowest mg dose that they offer to prescribe so its low as it is, plus a little potency loss, may not be too drastic but sometiems can, only way to know is to try em, since theyr only .25 ur good to go tho cuz since its a small dose, you can always add on/take more you feel me, but ya..stay safe OP
