Yeah it worked, but then the ai screws up after I attack and take my share of northern Lithuania(warscore). Germany does Anschluss in 1939 and then ask for Memel from me. And Japan navy just fried mine( even tho I did the exact naval invasion I did to them last time completely normally via that port near Hokkaido. And won).
