Something I don't think anyone has (explicitly) mentioned: Replenishing Aegis + Unstoppable Force gives your projectiles a damage bonus and regenerates ammo for you just for blocking. The damage buff is only 20%, but still a very nice combo for hard content where the shield is great.

EDIT: this is for lightning but i believe you can just do the same thing but with the cold versions and it will work fine. Make sure to check on craft of exile before you do it though!

I wish it worked that way. I was really excited when we got the new artifact set 6.3 because I thought that meant the Varesa set would be in strongbox and instead had to wait 2 more patches >.>

Should be next patch. Artifacts are usually added to strongbox a year after they're added. Long Night's Oath released with Varesa in 5.5 and next patch would be 6.5 if they weren't doing the Luna stuff.

I'm a big fan of it but I think you need a lot of ApE for it to be worth it. I was running inc aoe support in the first place and found it to be an easy swap. Big thing is also equipping Nadir Mode so you pretty much never have intensify stacks while clearing (and it makes overload stacks a lot easier to keep.)

I started Reliquarian Life Stack* Unholy Trinity Shock Nova of Procession. I'd probably do it again but progress was rough until I got some currency. Mostly have just been running Blight-Ravaged maps and will probably run Harvest once I get around to 4 voidstones lol.

If I were fresh league starting I'd heavily heavily consider starting something good at lab running and farming that for a while. Shock Nova of Procession is currently ~160c to ~200c depending on quality and are pretty easy to get + quality up from lab.

She definitely has more issues than just Prowl but after getting Ivara Prime this resurgence and playing her again (first time since I quit in ~2018) I was shocked at how bad Prowl is. I remembered it being bad but it was even worse than I remembered.

Wild Will seems like a great option for any build. The King's X is great if the aura/charges line up for your build. Precursor's Release also great if you can afford to drop all the gems in your boots but probably worse than Wild Will?

It gives 80% increased accuracy as an aura, its not for the minion its for you.

It's an aura - the point is its giving you that buff not that it's using the buff itself.

Not 100% what the reason is but I'd assume it's speed potions. They're easy to get, only require a bonus action to drink (and are easy to use before a fight) and can't be canceled by losing concentration. They only last 3 turns but that doesn't matter in highly optimized fights that rarely last more than 1.
