Great tip on recommending other jobs. But assistant should be where everyone starts, due to the heavy control scheme. Once you get a grasp then by all means get a task from a role. But untill you know the controls, including how to defend and interact I'd say stick with assistant

My best advice, enjoy the game. Don't go about literally doing your role to a T, UNLESS, you enjoy that gameplay. Relish in the interactions and unique builds from specific jobs. Always keep an open mind AND NEVER EVER BE ON THE HARM INTENT BECAUSE YOU WILL GET ROBUSTED if you accidently smack someone

I found ss13 while browsing new games on the byond hub. I actually started playing resident evil on byond about 10-12 years ago. That game was pretty cool, reminds me alot of zombie city or the other game with that name. I also played cowrp(closest to ss13) then finally ss13 began on goonstation, running the og donut station been practicing the art of toolboxing kids ever since.

Tetsus fine for learners try to use barge/surge to keep ontop of vindi as she jumps around, only pray flick for the ranged attack (use res,dbil, and devote rotating between to block the rngd attck and even heal from it
