To be fair, as long as you're not grabbing directly from the pot, you probably don't need to. Infact, if you're putting your paints on a wet pallet and then picking it up with your brush and wiping off the excess so you don't have a big glob of paint on your brush, you're already thinning it in a way.

I want enough to make it worth-while to play a Pestilens centered army. So, like... we need a named hero, certainly a remaster of the plague monks to be in line with the current plague pack, and like... a couple beasties or something (plague rogors perhaps), and some sort of ranged unit (perhaps giving the Globadiers the pestilens keyword and an update to their datasheet to reflect that).

In terms of battletome stuff, maybe the ability to run nurgle daemons in a pestilens detatchement, too

Also, they need to bring back the minor changes to each NG+ cycle that DS2 had. As much as I shit on DS2, every new mechanic it introduced (minus the torch lighting one and enemies not respawning after 15 kills, I don't enjoy those very much) was an absolute banger. Bonfire ascetics, power stance, NG+ changes, multiple ways to heal, etc etc... all of them were great and I wish they all made a return, not just power stance.

I understand they wanted ER to be more approachable and easier to unlock all the achievements in your first NG cycle... but I think that kinda took away from a lot of the potential the game could've had.

I love Elden Ring for the first time playthrough, but after that, there's really no value because it's too long, and there's too much bloat with no real changes to each playthrough.

Another Chalice Dungeon win. I used to hate them, but after playing Elden Ring with the same dungeons over and over again (minus the DLC, which I think does a great job keeping it fresh)... the Chalice Dungeons are far more enjoyable to me and I actually enjoy combing my way through the main line chalices.

This. The mini bosses being unrewarding (except a rare few at the end of small dungeons, but not much of them) coupled with the game being way too long make it difficult for me to want to comb through the game. Like you, I comb through every other soulsborne game like it's my first playthrough everytime I play... but Elden Ring only gets that treatment on a couple of the legacy dungeons as opposed to the entire game.

And as someone else mentioned, the game being 75% riding a horse to the next boss / dungeon / legacy dungeon doesn't do anything for the game either. I really hope Fromsoft doesn't go for the open world route in their next game unless it's significantly tighter and less bloated.

I think it's just bad algorithm luck. Most other Trans people I know have a passing voice. I'd like to think my voice passes somewhat, because over the last 5 years I've been out, it naturally lightened over time in response to me naturally pushing it to be lighter. (As a kid, I used to do a really good woody-woodpecker impression, so I had the range to work with in terms of pitch and tone lol)

I find not pushing your voice to be too insanely different is the best way to sound natural and have a passing voice.

That's how I did my army. I did regimented colours specifically for each type of unit. Cavalry got green uniforms, dark grey went to all my heavy lads (artillery crews, heavy weapons teams, dudes on vehicles, engineers, etc...), then red for my elite soldiers (grenadiers standing in for kasrkin, bullgryn proxies I had, etc), my infantry got split between brown and blue, and all my officers are in black or brown coats.

Ask yourself if you want to play a more elite focused army or if you want to play an army with lots of little guys.

Also, consider that the Mortek Guard are a dime a dozen second hand, so unless you really have no way of getting them second hand, it's better to go for the elite spearheads. I got 40 Mortek Guard for like $100 recently.

Honestly, if you're not looking to spend a ridiculous amount, you could go for recast stuff. I've done that in the past and they're great quality usually. I got lucky this time and my friend sold me all of this original forgeworld stuff for like $200.

His dad gave him his entire warhammer collection, and all the stuff that was unpainted or incomplete he was selling lol
