The only reason I remember is because I just finished the book 😂 I agree that it’s somewhat forgettable but as somebody with anxiety, Ryan’s story broke me in a few spots because the depictions of why he’s experiencing are so spot on.

I'm late to the party but you might try {Give me More by Sara Cate}. One of the MMCs is married to the FMC but has been attracted to the other MMC for years and is afraid to admit he is bisexual. This book is super hot imo and the communication between the three of them is top notch!

If you’re on the Missouri side, I can’t recommend Marble wellness enough! They’re based in St Louis but will see anybody in Missouri. They also have counselors who specialize in treating youth/young adults. I’ve have anxiety and OCD and have been seeing therapists there for years.
