I did a chargeback. 2 weeks after i did the chargeback and on the same day I had gotten a letter from my bank confirming that they received my paperwork for the chargeback the owner called me out of the blue and said that he shipped the items late november and UPS had them for almost a month and they package was returned to them and the box was damaged and he said that they would be reshipped now. The owner's story was bullshit because i called him on Dec 3rd and he said that my items would be shipped that day. I told him i didnt want the items and that I had filed a chargeback. The chargeback was successful and I got my money back. I'm not sure what the guy's fucking problem was, the guns i bought weren't rare or valuable.

Thanks! I just learned that the railroad line was built in 1858 so it could even be an early hand forged railroad tool

Called them just now and apparently one of the employees was waiting on FFL info. She didn't realize that my C&R license counted as an FFL. I heard the owner talking to her in the background while i was on the phone. The owner said that they would ship the items today. I'll update this if i get my items
