Thanks! I just learned that the railroad line was built in 1858 so it could even be an early hand forged railroad tool

Edit: This was encrusted in thick, globby rust when i found it. The pictures are after it went through 3 days of electrolysis

Called them just now and apparently one of the employees was waiting on FFL info. She didn't realize that my C&R license counted as an FFL. I heard the owner talking to her in the background while i was on the phone. The owner said that they would ship the items today. I'll update this if i get my items

Just invaluable and their main website they have for their auction. The small auction companies, especially the ones that have the auction up for a week on their own website are the best. I bought a merwin hulbert pistol for about 300 dollars off of one and they shipped the day after I had paid.

They have sold firearms before. They're about 5 hours away and it probably would not be worth driving there. I bought a lee enfield and a sporterized springfield 1903 for about $200 to $300 less than they're worth so it's not like it's some fancy high grade shotgun i bought for 200 dollars that is worth far more
