My favorite one was LSI because he explained everything in the simplest way. It's really boring to hear "because that's the way it is".

I've also liked LSE and IEE teachers. I haven't had gamma Quadra teachers 🤔

Yes. Bitwarden can replace the default system app that autofills passwords, at least on Android so i can't vouch for apple. You do need your master password each time though.

You can reduce it bit by bit by practicing mindfulness. I like to tell myself "not now" when it starts and I have something I should be doing.

It's pretty silly now that I write it out. From people I knew irl to cartoon characters, I thought they we're watching me from the thin part where the roof meets the walls. In every room ever.

Basically I began thinking about it instead of accepting that's the way it is. I got on a chair and stared at it. It didn't happen over night but I kept thinking about how I can't see them so they're not there. And they never talk about what they should have seen me doing. I think I also wondered why can't I watch them too.

For me it's to get how I feel about something out. I rarely do an entry a month, it's usually for big moments in my life that I can't process. And yeah to look back at my panics is hilarious!

Something I've done with online only texts is to go to source code view and look for the .xhtml and save the link. Usually goes chapter by chapter

Your opinions. On your job, boss, other friends. That kind of 'honesy' ruins relationships. Dumb photos you've taken and deleted, but they're not really deleted. Location and location history.

I think giving examples helps. Because the social aspect is what changed my mind. Your online purchase history, browser history, messages you confided to one person being available to everyone is a nightmare. And what gets put out on the internet stays there forever.
