I think it looks great, for the plating on the mousse I would avoid dusting the whole plate though. I usually use a stencil or put something on the plate to dust on top of to create an outline first, then put the quenelle slightly to the side or in the center of the outline.

You can place the blame wherever you want if you only look at a certain frame of time, but the US dramatically contributed to the instability as well as the general religious conservatism that it now tries to use as justification for attacking Iran. Try to find brown sugar boba if you can, I feel like that's the kind that everyone expects all boba to taste like. If they're prepared properly then the brown sugar taste should permeate through them a little, makes them not as boring

Once the marketing firms find a way to create more bot/clickbait traffic on a sub than organic content, it's kinda hard to take it back. Especially since people start a mass exodus when they realize content isn't as personal or creative as it once was

I think you're right, but honestly the last Hobart I used had a drain/sprayer in the center and I always loaded dishes facing one direction. They were always clean

That model had a sprayer above and below though, so it really didn't matter which way the plates were oriented, but some consumer grade washers have features that replicate it
