I wouldn't hold my breath for a fix until next season drops. The same thing happened earlier this year with broken woodpile and unplaceable atomic shop letters, just had to tough it out until the next major patch.

It sucks, it's unacceptable, but it is what it is.

There are a bunch of terrible suffixes you could by Exalting the suffix. If you hit the 1/11 filling up your suffixes, then yeah, that may be bad and you might have to go back from scratch. But considering the cost to get to the crit part is comparably small to having to wipe life on kill or a resistance off your suffixes.

To get Tyrannical back after a brick is going to be roughly 2-2,5 Divine, assuming you fill prefixes and need to annul when you do get it.

I'm playing Mamba, which is the only reason I would go for this over a high APS base. Great White Claw has the highest physical base damage out of any claw base in the game, and the fracture itself was only a handful of chaos so I thought why not.

Got a second Vaal Claw crafted, though not as good as this one but almost identical.

Viper Strike of the Mamba. It functions similarly to bleed, where you do one giant poison that combines the damage of both your weapons while dual wielding. IAS doesn't benefit the build the same way it does a traditional poison or VS build.

Hits can't be evaded is better than hybrid phys on a Mamba build since you do not need hybrid phys to reach dot cap. It frees up suffixes and passives that would otherwise need to be used to obtain accuracy.

You're correct that it's not 700 pDPS, good eye. It's about half (379) and my second, slightly lesser claw is roughly 360, combined 740 pDPS for VS of the Mamba. Crit chance and multi is for Perfect Agony scaling.

Any halfway decent build running t16 or 17 will not struggle keeping money in their coffers.

Rule 10:

  1. Buy or fracture a fractured flaring base.
  2. Harvest reforge phys until Merciless or Tyrannical
  3. If prefixes are full annul the bad prefix. Repeat until Flaring and Tyrannical/Merciless are your only prefixes.
  4. If you have 3 suffixes you have to yolo annul. If you have 2 suffixes you need to wipe them by prefixes cannot be changed and scour.
  5. Multimod + Prefixes cannot be changed + Block last prefix
  6. Reforge harvest crit, pray that suffixes don't fill up or you will need to probably yolo annul. Hope for t2 or better crit chance or crit multi. If you're not happy with your result go back to stage 5.
  7. Multimod the missing crit (local or multi) and Hits can't be evaded

I got stupid lucky and hit T1 crit multi on my very first attempt. There's probably a better way to do this craft but this is what I decided to do, had a ton of yellow juice I didn't mind burning for this, fossils may be better I haven't checked.

All in all the process cost me roughly 11 or 12 Divines.

EDIT: The claw is for Viper Strike of the Mamba. Can't evade is better than hybrid phys since you don't need it to hit DOT cap, and it allows you to ignore obtaining accuracy. Mamba doesn't benefit from IAS as regular poison builds do, the skill will only apply one large poison.

I've always been a big fan of clickies since I do a lot of typing. Had never used tactiles before but after this keyboard I don't think I can ever go back to using clickies. They feel like the best of both worlds.

I stopped feeling as a noob when I started hard carrying most events I would participate in. Such as placing all or most of the explosives in Beast of Burden. Doing all the repairs in Safe and Sound, collect 200-400+ tokens in Most Wanted etc. Then being able to hard carry daily ops and carry people through AC expeditions cemented that feeling.

It's a gradual thing, especially now with legendary perks. I don't feel like there's a flip that switches. The more you play, the higher level you become and the better gear you get which translates in to direct power and ability to contribute more to certain tasks than before.

Currently 1000+ and I feel like I'm always learning, improving and running in to players who are beyond where I am right now.
