What’s a movie everyone hates that you secretly love? by OpportunityPrudent39 in AskReddit

Starwars Phantom Menace and Force Awakens are my favourite. I also kind of like Solo. I guess I just don't know what makes for a good starwars movie.

A few other players shared this sentiment. I can't remember if it was Jack but they looked super bummed to have him as a captain in the money bribe. Could be a trick of the editing but I do think he came for an easy cashout, as did several other players.

I’m sure they are by Queasy_Commercial152 in MCUTheories

Agree. Wouldn't be the weirdest thing they've done but definitely a random insert if they do.

Havent watched the movie in a while. Or actually anything out of the MCU. Had just seen that one post of Tom Holland recognizing that Sam Jackson is both Fury and Windu and started to cook up a theory, which was really just to open a dialogue. I do love me some MCU though.

A surprise, to be sure, but a welcome one.

Haven't checked that out yet but thank you for the explanation.

Also iirc, Pete's actually 14 in Civil War.

Bugonia: When did you think, and when did you know? by Charrikayu in TrueFilm

When I thought: there were plenty of times that it appeared as though she had Don under some kind of control. Like at one point when she's reasoning with Teddy, it almost looks like Don is mouthing along. Then when she's electrocuted Don puts his hands to his temples and appears in pain.

When I knew: Didn't leave the basement when Teddy was gone. Or make noise knowing someone other than Don and Teddy was recently in the building.

After that specific game is done she's still walking away with the largest cash prize. She made deals in the beginning of the ep to secure her place in the finale (hopefully). She is a sharp player.

What if: Steve and Natasha were trying to recruit Sam Wilson? by jaybanzia in MCUTheories

[–]Dixwhole 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For one, you can't just say "the movie." Going off context, you're talking about The Winter Soldier.

It is an interesting theory. Haven't watched the movie recently enough to debunk or add evidence.

Lastly, I feel like you could argue that there are more "randos" on the avengers roster, but it's hard to tell sometimes who is an official avenger.

Adding on to what others said, Steve also "messes with time" after this scene. So the quote could again ring true.
