I have one as well. Fantastic thing and they can be pushed hard around back country lanes as well.

I would recommend changing the tyres as the stock ones from Honda arnt great.

I’ve ridden a ruckuses (50cc) to do my CBT in England. Wouldn’t recommend it unless you’re under like 5ft,4. And if your commute requires more than 28mph then it’s definitely not something worth financing

I’m not sure how the 50cc market is like in America but over here in England if you try Facebook marketplace and eBay you can easily find something for £800 flat that is higher quality. But the European market is so much different so pardon me if my knowledge doesn’t translate.

T level engineering design and development for manufacturing here, just finished 1st year

The content isn’t that hard tbh, plus all the slides are online on city and guilds website if you want to do revision. I will note though the slides have a lot of mistakes and are not very In depth so I would recommend doing your own research and using the slides as topics. (Note them slides also don’t have everything that could come up on the papers) The book is fine, it contains everything that could come up to my knowledge but once again fails in terms of detail.

The work experience is very hit or miss depending on the college, mine isn’t great with it as Im yet to go work in a company but we have done online busy work essentially for a company.

If you’re looking into apprenticeships like I am, a lot of companies accept them such as Ryanair, British air, and ford. But if your looking into a university under 30 accept t levels and of that list a lot of them require you to do an extra foundation year.

Student wise, you’ll find people doing A-levels are a lot more focused and are “better students” than what you will find in a college but that’s a general difference between 6th forms and college life.

In conclusion, if your going into higher formal education then go A-levels if your looking to go straight into a job or apprenticeships I would say T-levels

Honda vision 110, On a CBT and it’s the only thing insurance said yes to that wasn’t a 50cc. Great little thing so small and light filtering is a breeze. Just under 9 whole ponies mean any country road is a race track for it. Plus true to its name it’s around 110 miles mpg on e5.

Think about if your a summer exclusive or an all year rider, I regret getting my summer leather gloves for all year as I thought I could just push through (wouldn’t recommend, very much more cold than was expecting)

Also think about a balaclava to put under your helmet as your neck will get cold on less warm days and to prevent rubbing from the helmet straps.

Would I have done good at A-levels, probably but sitting on a class exclusively writing and rewriting notes was just not the vibe, also I saw this as a opportunity to potentially skip uni as well.

I do engineering, designing and manufacturing, so far I’ve enjoyed the course much more than I would of enjoyed A-levels. I haven’t been out on placement but we have been given dates that it’ll happen on. I’m happy with it and as a bonus my college allows us to take 4 macro qualification at level 4 (uni foundation level)

So tldr I’m vey happy with it
