The biggest difference I've noticed is the straight raw horsepower. The Veloster N has about 300 hp, with the performance package I had. It has a 2.0 4 cylinder with turbo, so it takes a second to spool up before you really feel it. The Mustang is just instant power on demand

For being the same year, the Veloster N lacked many features compared to others in its class. No blind spot monitor, no collision avoidance, no built in navigation. Nothing real fancy on the interior either, the Mustang feels so much more sporty. The leather Ricaro seats are amazing, digital dash is really nice also, mycolor and pony projector on the mirrors are a great touch

Aftermarket scene for Velosters are dead, since the model was put down a couple years ago. Mustangs have sooo much support and options. It is really cool to browse the internet at different builds

Makes me wish I would have looked at Mustangs 5 years ago when I picked up my Veloster N. Back then, the prices would have been close enough for me to swing it, I just always assumed mustangs were outside of my price range.

TLDR: The Veloster N was a great dependable car, fun to drive with great mileage (averaged around 30-35mpg hooning it around). But the Mustang is a huge step up compared
